Terms and Conditions

Before placing orders, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.


1. Upon placing orders with us, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.


2. Vanilla Crimson will not be responsible for any loss of items during the shipment process. This applies to shipment by local normal postage or overseas normal postage. For loss of items that were mailed by registered postage or any other delivery service company cases, we will take adequate responsibility depending on the situation. Meet up for collection of items will always be at Hougang MRT Station.


3. For instocks, items are checked for any visible defects before they are mailed out. Items that are lost or damaged during the shipment process would not be accounted for. For pre-order items, we will not be liable for any goods defects/damage during the process of shipment or due to errors by the merchant. For refunds or exchange, kindly email us for more details.


4. For instocks, once orders are placed, items will be reserved for up to 3 days to allow payment to be made. If not, we reserve the right to cancel the orders and transfer the reservation rights to the customers next in line.

For Pre-orders, item's stocks depends on the supplier. Refunds would be made for OOS items purchased.  Payment must be made before pre-order closes. Orders unpaid for will be cancelled.


5. Item may looks different from the pictures as shown on the site, customers are advised to buy at their own risk. Request for refunds under this section would not be entertained.


6. We reserve any rights to cancel or reject any orders without prior notice.
